Submit your problem, complaint, or question to the Action Line! An attendant is manning the Action Line Monday – Friday  from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Here is how:

  1. Stop by the front desk of City Hall.
  2. Call the Action Line at 378-1534.
  3. Submit your problem by emailing

When a citizen calls with a concern, our Action Line clerk will log the request into a new citywide software system and the appropriate department will be notified to address the problem. The caller will receive a tracking number to call back and check on the status of their request. Examples of a service request may include: broken garbage cans, potholes, abandoned vehicles, trash and litter, overgrown lots or dilapidated structures, etc.
